Choose ideas and options using effective methods, then present these ideas to your customers. Prioritize them using the “Buy a Feature” method to ensure the most valuable ideas are identified and focused on.
Lesson 3: Develop action plan
Rank and rate ideas using the Impact/Difficulty Matrix to visualize your priorities and action plan, ultimately helping you choose the best idea.
Lesson 4: Getting your team to Yes
Understand the IKEA effect and how it emphasizes the value of effort in building ideas. Leverage the power of team critique to iteratively build and share ideas.

You will have access to the library during the learning period, after course completion (4 weeks), you cannot access all of the learning materials, you can only access your work results.
Our courses consist of a series of videos, activities, and small assignments. We provide 4 weeks of access from the date of purchase, so you may spread your learning over multiple weeks, or refer back to it multiple times during your access period.
