Lesson Plan
Lesson 1: Power up ideas with storytelling

To create an inspiring future vision, we leverage visual storytelling and deeply understand our customers’ true needs. We proactively anticipate potential roadblocks for future ideas and ensure that our team is aligned and confident in bringing those ideas forward.

The Art of Prototyping is a visual concept that emphasizes creating prototypes that are simple, fast, and cost-effective, while harnessing the power of internal critique to refine and improve designs efficiently.

Think Aloud Testing involves understanding the why and what of the methodology, setting up successful tests, and conducting customer-led testing sessions to put knowledge into practice.

Iteration involves improving ideas through incremental changes, viewing failures as “First Attempts in Learning” (FAIL), and turning feedback into valuable insights.
