Lesson Plan
Lesson 1: The power of asking the right questions

Finding the sweet spots of the right purpose involves understanding the “Why” and “How,” delving into the causes and effects, and identifying core problems through team debates, voting, or non-consensus approaches.

“How might we” is the secret sauce of top innovators, inspiring us to think and act differently by asking what our favorite innovators would do. This approach fosters internal authorship, leading to the evolution of original perspectives.

Visualize your strategy and direction through mock stories to align your team, encourage a “yes and…” collaborative mindset, and harness the power of internal critique for continuous improvement.
