Lesson 1: Who are the customers?

Create a persona to hypothesize what your customers may think, say, feel, and act. Validate this understanding through a series of ethnographic research methods, forming customer insights that serve as your north star for the design process.

Visualize your customers’ actual and realistic steps, actions, and feelings to connect stories of “needs” and “pains,” forming insightful observations. This process helps uncover “AHA” moments and identify strategic opportunities.

Harness the power of diverse perspectives to convert and divert ideas, narrowing choices and prioritizing with the customer’s voice as the compass. Utilize team debate and alignment to refine and focus on the most impactful solutions.

Generate rough and ready concepts of your ideas, amplifying customers’ thoughts to test their feedback effectively. Synthesize feedback to make informed choices, refining and enhancing your solutions iteratively.

This course is an introduction to Design thinking and helps you familiarize with the concept, which is a perfect start for your Design thinking learning journey.

Our in-person key services are exclusively available for teams and organizations. However, we do not offer in-person classes for individual learners. For more detailed information, please get in touch with our sales team.

You will have access to the library during the learning period, after course completion (4 weeks), you cannot access all of the learning materials, you can only access your work results.
